Galvanised Frames |
| The diagonal/horizontal bracing and feet are produced from cold-reduced high quality steel and galvanised to match the rolled formed uprights which when bolted together form a tough and stable frame. On request we can supply the beams pre-assembled rather than the knocked down format used for shipping ease. Please ask for details of our pre-assembly service. |

| The uprights are powder coated but the bracing and foot components are galvanised. |

Stepped Beams |
| Designed to accept inlay decks of chipboard or steel panels. Perforated to accept the
divider range. The beams have a 19 mm step so that the chipboard or steel panel inlay decks produce a flush level to aid storage and retrieval of bulky or heavy packages from the levels. Combined with the beams and ordered separately are the cross-supports – the table below shows how many cross-supports are needed to achieve the individual beam type load carrying capacity. * Using steel panels 3 supports using chipboard 4 supports to achieve the loads on the table below. If the items stored are placed directly on the beams with no decks the loadings are still applicable. ** The part reference numbers are for a single beam with safety locator pin. |

Cross-supports |
| Galvanised and notched to fit into the stepped beams to impart strength to the pairs of beams
and reduce deflection of the inlay decks both chipboard and steel. |
